Here in the office I make all the orders for all the missions, orders for all the promotion and discharges/retirements. I put in requests to JFHQ for all Awards we give out at AT. I get Plaques made that we hand out. I order all ribbons, insignia and patches for the uniforms. I order all office supplies. I order things like the new projector and refrigerators.
Nicole makes the discharge/retirement certificates and the welcome letters and ID cards. She keeps the T.O. updated and the Alfa Database updated. Nicole also mails out a new Alfa Roster once a month.

Her position requires she submit the paperwork to the Controller's Office for payment on all meals for the drills and other events. Nicole orders meals for HHD drills and SUPCOM drills.

She also reserve rooms for missions at Camp Atterbury, such as AT rooms, JROTC rooms etc. Finally, Nicole coordinates with the mess hall at Atterbury and tell them how many meals are needed for AT and JROTC. She reserves training sites and classrooms at Camp Atterbury.
