OneAmerica 500 Festival
Mini-Marathon
The 32nd Running of the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and
the Finish Line 500 Festival 5K took place on Saturday, May 3, 2008.
This year a total of 30,065 participants cross the finish line.
The Mini-Marathon is the largest half-marathon in the U.S., and
overall, the eighth largest running event in America. It is unique
in that the course includes a lap around the Indianapolis Motor
Speedway at the mid-point of the run. The Indiana Guard Reserve once
again provided support for this event.
