CSM Mark Morris
The Non-Commissioned Officer Corps of the Indiana Guard Reserve
is composed of former and retired NCOs of both the active services and the reserve components. They are critical to the success
of the IGRs Plans, Operations, and Training. With the IGR staffed at Cadre Strength its NCO Corps must be prepared to assume
the expanded requirements of an Indiana Army National Guard mobilization.
All of the Non-Commissioned Officers in the Indiana Guard Reserve
have completed the appropriate active duty service schools, Reserve Component NCO Development Courses or IGR NCO Development
Courses.
It is my privilege as the Command Sergeant Major of the Indiana Guard
Reserve to serve with such willing, unselfish, dedicated and patriotic soldiers as the NCOs in the Indiana Guard Reserve.
