FOURTH BRIGADE

COL Scott Collins

The Fourth Brigade of the Indiana Guard Reserve (IGR), headquartered at Shelbyville, Indiana is commanded by COL Scott Collins. The Fourth Brigade currently has the largest contingent of troops of the four Brigades in the IGR. The Fourth Brigade is responsible for providing Armory Support Teams for fifteen armories. These are: Anderson, Columbus, Connersville, Greenfield, Madison, Muncie, New Albany, New Castle, Noblesville, North Vernon, Richmond, Salem, Scottsburg, Seymour, and Winchester.

The Indiana Guard Reserve is an uncompensated volunteer organization. Persons 18 years of age, without a criminal record, with a willingness to serve by supporting the missions assigned by the Military Department of Indiana are asked to contact any of the armories above or COL Collins.
